The Lviv Agglomeration is a space where child safety serves as the foundation for the development of each of our 13 communities. We believe that the strategic growth of the region is impossible without creating conditions where every child is protected from violence, exploitation, and abuse.
The “Lviv Agglomeration” Association is implementing this Child Safeguarding Policy based on international Keeping Children Safe standards and current Ukrainian legislation (2024–2026). Our approach is rooted in the “Do No Harm” principle: we take full responsibility for ensuring that all activities of the Association remain safe for our youngest residents.

If you have witnessed inappropriate behavior by Association personnel toward children or have identified risks during the implementation of our projects, please inform us immediately:

We guarantee the protection of the applicant’s personal data and an immediate response to all reports.
The Lviv Agglomeration strives to become a model for a unified regional safety zone. Regardless of whether a child is in the city of Lviv or in the smallest community within the agglomeration, they have the right to protection and respect for their dignity.
