As promised, we are reporting on metropolitan events in Ukraine and beyond. The workshop from METREX – a network of European capital regions and territories – will be held on April 10-11 in Poland and will be dedicated to the future of Europe. Participants will be involved in exploring promising ideas and developing a set of future scenarios. This will help shape and strengthen the metropolitan agenda for Europe, including specific proposals for the future EU urban agenda, which METREX aims to submit to the European Commission in the coming months.
The Ukrainian word may also be interesting in this context. After all, without us there is neither a full-fledged Europe as a phenomenon nor certainty in its future.
