Together plan spaces, share experience – in particular, regarding architectural competitions and public hearings, develop algorithms for overcoming difficulties, think in advance about the functionality (and, above all, accessibility) of development solutions. The first meeting of the Committee on Architecture and Spatial Planning of the Lviv Agglomeration Association turned out to be productive.
Experts from communities discussed how to move together in the field of urban planning to improve the comfort of residents of the Lviv agglomeration. The first stage was the exchange of experience and generalization of problems that all communities have. Soon we will analyze the information received. And then everything will develop into joint developments at the level of horizontal ties of chief architects, community landowners, etc. The next stage will be an appeal to central and regional authorities with legislative and urban planning initiatives. After all, the experience of the Lviv agglomeration can be useful to other metropolitan areas of Ukraine that are closer to the front line. We will publish all the developments on our website.

We will remind you that we recently held a meeting of the education committee. And next week we will discuss environmental problems in the Lviv agglomeration and joint waste management in communities. We will add that all decisions are made through the prism of European experience, which the metropolis is adopting.
