To reveal the potential of teachers, improve the quality of education and make learning more interesting for children. Such tasks are being discussed when preparing an agreement on community cooperation and joint financing of the municipal institution “Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers of Lviv”. This concerns the Bibrka and Lviv communities.
Modern methods of education, a focus on STEAM technologies, NUS and research on the part of the child (rather than boring study of paragraphs), an incentive for teachers to rediscover themselves and learn to be an integrated specialist themselves – this is how the Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers works. The latest figures of the institution’s work are impressive – more than half a thousand teachers improved their level. Representatives of Bibrka’s education intend to “shake up” the teaching environment of the region. And – no less important – to share their unique experience in managing educational institutions in the community and retaining specialists in schools. First of all, this concerns young teachers. You can also learn from the people of Bibrec about respecting local traditions and transferring this to community schools.
Without a doubt, Lviv, Bibrka, and other participants in the Lviv agglomeration will benefit from such cooperation. That is why the agreement between the two communities is not being forced. After all, before signing, all authorized persons want to provide a program “for growth”, which can become a plan for other such collaborations. However, it is already clear that not only teachers, but also students should benefit from such an approach. Because the former will not “burn out” at work and will have the support and advice of colleagues, and young people will receive a higher-quality education, which can become the basis for future life and improvements in the communities of the Lviv agglomeration.
