Velykyy Lubin has a rich history and architectural heritage. People have lived here since the Neolithic era. The first mention of the village dates back to the beginning of the thirteenth century. The settlement arose as a fortification for nomads, and those who were in military service settled here.

Now this community is known as one of the oldest balneological and cardiological resorts and sanatoriums in Europe. The local hydrogen sulfide water helps with many diseases. The recreational value of the community is also enhanced by water bodies: the Vereshchytsia River and the Lubinsky Pond. The local distillery is famous for the quality of its products and is interesting for investment.
