How to prevent emergencies in communities,
implement social protection of the population
and at the same time effective information work,
economically develop settlements?
All this was discussed at the training of the National Platform for Resilience and Cohesion with the institutional support of the Ukrainian Independent Center for Political Studies (UNCPS) and in partnership with the Association of Local Governments “Lviv Agglomeration”.
As part of the project “Ensuring the Resilience of Ukraine in the Face of Growing Risks and Consequences of War”, the National Platform for Resilience and Cohesion conducts trainings on the basics of resilience and social cohesion. The purpose of the training is to familiarize participants with the concepts of resilience and cohesion, their practical application, in particular with a view to implementing the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Concept for Ensuring the National Resilience System by 2025.

We would like to add that the National Platform for Resilience and Cohesion was launched in February 2018. Its activities are aimed at strengthening civil society and the resilience of Ukraine. The way to achieve this is to provide proposals to the authorities in developing relevant policies, in particular, on national unity, resilience and cohesion, as well as ensuring public awareness in these processes. The initiative is being implemented with the financial support of the European Union within the framework of the project “Ensuring the Resilience of Ukraine in the Face of Growing Risks and Consequences of War”.
